Lead Poisoning is a serious illness.  That is why you will find our approach to our lead paint inspection very serious.  We offer :

- MDE Accredited Visual Review by conducting the visual inspection accompanied by lead dust sampling.

- We are accredited to provide Visual, Full Risk Reduction Lead Dust testing, Modified Risk Reduction, Lead Safe, and Lead Free/Limited Lead Free inspection methods.

- We provide guidance and assistance in registering your rental dwellings with the state of Maryland, Baltimore City, and Baltimore County.

Mold contamination affects everyone regardless of age or prior respiratory issues.  We can now test individual rooms or surfaces for mold spore results and provide a report that is clear, concise, and understandable.

- Introductory rates apply… $200 for one room, $50 for additional rooms, and only $24 for individual surface samples.
